John McGraw is the current owner of JB SearchPros. John has been recruiting in the insurance industry since 1988 when he purchased what was then Entrust Personnel.

Prior to entering the recruiting industry, John worked for ten years in the International Department of the Continental Insurance Company, rising to the level of Branch Manager. John started with Continental in their Manhattan headquarters and subsequently was transferred to Beijing for a two year stint. He was next transferred to Hong Kong, where he worked for four years in a Continental/Jardine Matheson joint venture company. From Hong Kong, John was transferred to Newport Beach, California and in 1988 left Continental to purchase Entrust Personnel.
