As this has been our business since 1988, it is a business we know very well. Our database of candidates and employers has been continually developed and expanded since the company's founding. Our searches are conducted throughout the State of California with particular attention to the San Francisco Bay area and Orange County.

John McGraw, the primary recruiter for JB SearchPros, has been involved with the insurance industry for the past 23 years, the first ten years with the International Department of the Continental Insurance Company and the past 13 years as an insurance recruiter. He uses his in depth knowledge of the insurance industry  and the very large database of candidates and employers at his disposal, to match outstanding insurance professionals with reputable insurance organizations.
